Maybe all of us are to quick by judging a player.
I've seen a trend on this forum and with myself aswell , when things don't go the way we want , We can be extremely hard on our players. While doing this we forget all the positives.

Sure Muntari is not the best midfielder in the world but his strenghts cannot be understimated.

I see this year after year...you can be terrible, play one good game then you're god, then as soon as you perform bad, you're scum.

After his game against Viola, EVERYone was on Quaresmas dick. One game later, we wanted to send him on the first boat out of appiano.

Fact remains, people are fickle and it will only take one game to pass judgement either way. Next poor Muntari game, watch how everyone turns.

funny thing is he will win the hardest tackle and add steel to it, and then in a moment of madness get caught with the ball and lose it..

when he is playing CM his passes are shorter and much more accurate and effective

I think that's spot on.

Very often we see Muntari going onto his left flank, and god he plays terrible there. Countless number of mindless crosses into the box, even when there's hardly anyone in the box, a total waste of our possession really.

But if he plays in the center, he gets involved in destroying our opponent's play more, making simple passes to players around him (touch wood!). I just hope when we go use the diamond, we don't put Muntari on the left of our diamond, it's not so often that he'd get that lucky like he did against Catania.

Fernandes arriving at Inter could see Muntari's role change. He now may not be forced out on the wing of the diamond but allowed to play in the center. I actually like him alot as a sub. With the effort he gives defensively imagine him coming in with a lead. He would drive attackers nuts

Agree. Muntari as a sub is far from bad. Particulary he's very disciplined when it comes to following Mou's instructions. Or at least, he runs 10 times more than Balotelli would ever do.

He is good as a sub but shouldn't be a started, But if Inter try to bring in another big midfielder during the summer he need to be sold to give Inter funds.

Well I waited long to draw a conclusion, so here it is: Muntari is not INTER material.

Now that we have Mariga, we can start thinking of selling him [keep Motta] and buy a HQ midfielder to click with Sneijder.

If Big Mac will play more, and show nice things, I think we might see Muntari gone this summer.

He showed again his hidden "headless chicken" syndrome. The guy sometimes just doesn't think, and can't pass to a teammate if he is standing 1 meter away, and instead goes for those high long useless balls.

Whether or not Muntari leaves shouldn't hinge on Mariga's performances. Muntari must leave in the summer. Unless he scores a hattrick vs Chelsea... maybe then :D

I'm trying to think like our management/Jose :)

If it was up to me, I would do exactly the thing you've said.

This dude just keeps playing worse and worse. I hope Mariga will take his place!

He will eventually. I think Big Mac did the best of his opportunity yesterday, Muntari surely didn't :)

Guys stop criticizing his performances! He is a black man playing in Italy...you have no idea of the shit he has been through!

Oh crap...I thought this was the Balotelli thread! I forgot we can only blame bad play on racism when it deals with Balotelli because Muntari and Eto'o must not be black enough!

It's essential for our CL chances to get rid of this player in the summer. Oh yeah, he's not available for Parma game. Not only does it boost our chances, but also makes the game more enjoyable to watch.

Goal.shit:
4) Sulley Muntari doesn’t make the trip to London after losing his passport. It is later revealed that an Inter official hid the document deliberately in order to boost the Nerazzurri’s chances of winning.

Hahahahhahaha, gotta admit i liked and found that funny. :p
