Yes, they're crazy, but I've had a few bad experiences when dealing with these football stores and from the last 2 orders that I made from Inter store, I haven't encountered a single problem. The last one was minor, which is the delay I mentioned in an earlier post in this thread. I started to order from them this past 3 months btw, when I was forced to do so since they were the only store that was still selling personalized Away 07/08 jersey. :)

About the T-shirt that Mou wore, check this video out, Tommi: http://www.sportmediaset.it/calcio/video/video1796.shtml

Interstore makes sure I never pay custom taxes. Don't know how they manage it and I am not going to ask but their the only foreign shop I have ordered from that I never pay customs from. So I will stick with them since even with their inflated prices and shipping and still works out cheaper since there's no custom tax.

How much is the custom tax usually, Stef? Say, for example, on an Inter jersey.

Like I said interstore manages to somehow evade the customs officials. But if everything was done by the book you have to pay 40% of the value of any clothing item.

And by the way...i have those slippers and they´re very good.

Can you give me the link to uksoccershop. I want to order the blue tshirt.. i love it...

And on Custom Duties, DUBAI IS FREE!!!

there's also this place..
http://www.sportsdirect.com/product-Nike-Inter-Milan-Home-Jersey-379369.htm

but at the min they only seem to have L and XL.. It must be the cheapest out there anyway..

If anybody ever wants a shirt buying and posting to them I don't mind if it saves them a lot of cash. It would usually total out at £40 = $80 US for shirt + shipping within europe.

I need help folks. My friend will be in Milan in a few days and I have asked him to get me some stuff.

Now I want a home jersey and the centenary away jersey. And the customization I am looking for is "4 Zanetti" or "69 Curva Nord". The prices given on Inter store are really high (60-70€).

Where can he get them for cheaper?

And what other stuff should I ask for..I have asked for the Inter scarf for now.

ps - Apart from visiting the store, which is the best place to buy them online? He is in Frankfurt now.

With printing you have to pay €82 at Meazza at least. Per jersey. I paid €164 for two when I was there at the derby.

You have to look around to get it cheaper, but I doubt you'll get anything for less than €60.

in milano theyre all similar price, but if you tell him to go to "football store" behind Duomo, they give free printing with every shirt bought in their store.

?? why would someone who doesn't stand in la curva, get la curva printed? :D But, I like your thinking, it makes me look like a fashion leader haha

this is how it looks with this printing, anyway.

And how much does the store behind Duomo charge for the jersey Katie?

I want something apart from the players names..am also toying getting something about Moratti or Scarpini or something random but then Curva sounds like the best option.

it used to be 70 euros including the printing, which is done in highest quality. So it's cheaper than inter store anyway. Maybe the centenary shirt will have reductions :)

Anyway, for your centenary shirt, can i suggest..

Either you go online and buy it from here:

http://store.inter.it/dettagli.asp?cat=413&id=I8092

Or you go to Milan and buy it from here:

Seriously, we FINALLY have a store. I remember walking around the AC Milan store in Duomo and thinking why the hell don't we have something like this! Why are we so crappy in marketing and PR and anything which will make the team a better business model!

I'd like to think that small changes like this are influenced by Mourinho. The moment Moratti stops thinking of it as a personal hobby and starts managing it like a corporation, I'm sure we're in for even bigger success.

Anyway, the store looks good. I'm not too sure about the outside since it looks rushed, and dunno how good the location is, but it's about time a 100 year old club in italy has a proper store, not a small donut shop in the stadium!!

we actually used to have one around duomo before also, then it suddenly disappeared a few years ago.

The new store is great anyway, spent some time in here in the weekend :)

New store

Interstore Beijing open to public
Monday, 22 December 2008 13:56:07

BEIJING - After the great success of Interstore Shanghai, a sister shop is officially open for business in Beijing, the capital of China where Inter are consistently voted as the most popular European club.

Interstore Beijing, located within the brand new Solana shopping centre, occupies a space of over 250 square metres on two floors.

A grand opening, to be attended a member of the Italian championship-winning team, is being planned soon after the Chinese New Year celebrations at the end of January 2009. In the meantime, fans can buy all the official products available on the European market, including those of the Centenary season.

The Beijing outlet is more than a store. On the second floor fans and visitors can relax at the Inter-net cafe and sip an Italian coffee while sharing their passion for Inter and checking out the latest news on our official website.

Interstore Beijing is open seven days a week, from 10 in the morning to 10 at night.

-----

Hopefully there will be some more stores in cities like Canton and Hong Kong aswell. Exploiting the Asian market is a requirement if we want to be able to compete in the future. Read somwhere that Inter is dominating the Chinese market, pretty impressive considering the English clubs constant and overwhelming marketing in Asia.
