Annoying details for those of you who were going to use the underground. I know I was as it would have been the easiest option.



Victoria Line services between Seven Sisters and Highbury & Islington will be suspended due to planned engineering work on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 July.
This will affect supporters travelling by tube to Sunday's game against Inter Milan at the Lane.
A rail replacement bus service will be operating between Seven Sisters and Highbury & Islington, calling at FinsburyPark and Manor House. Passenger journey time may be increased by up to 30 minutes.

Right so the job was given to us last night by the Inter Club London president, create a banner welcoming the players to London for the game. I quickly made some designs - for example:

With little time and basically no materials we went for a refined version of number 1.

Tonight:
We went to the car shop and bought blue, red and green spray paints and in a sewing shop 2.5m x 70cm of white material.

So straight away we began with the templates:

And then the spraying:

Working by night in true ultra style we finished the message, BENVENUTI CAMPIONI (WELCOME CHAMPIONS) and moved onto the scudetto patch thing which would in time have a yellow rim and a big number 14 on it:

Then onto the official Inter Club London logo, based on the underground sign:

Then came the hard bit, the small letters on the blue strip - so we stuck white templates of the letters on and sprayed the outline:

Having done that, here was the nearly finished banner at midnight:

I just finished the scudetto badge:

And my dad is adding the finishing touches of black outlines around the letters. If you see this banner you know whose it is!

i hate that my friends that i tought them all about inter when they didnt know anything are in london going to this game and im here WATCHING IT ON TV ive been an inter fan for 8 long years and ive never seen them play although ive been to the maezza!! i hope to see them play soon!!

You all guys are LUCKY. In Kazakhstan Espn and Eurosport( Russia ) are the only sportchannels, but it's hard to see any football game there
