Our striker squad is not ideal. Lukaku & Dzeko fit in very well in our system as a no 9, a role Arnautovic is well suited for as well. But Thuram is more of a support striker, I see him as a back up for Lautaro. Sure, if Arnautovic remains fit & plays every game, we can call this transfer window very clever. But at the moment its very risky to go into a season with 1 proper No 9 and 3 players who play best as support striker. Specially when that No 9 is 34 years old. So if nothing changes by end of the month, the Rating of 5/10 in the striker dept is quite fair.

Maybe Inter will play different. I believe midfielders will push forward more and have more of an influence in goals scored.
At some point in the season we should look at the total package and not single out players for the amount of goals scored. Let's say that Thuram doesn't score alot of goals but he let's the team play more free flowing, and the team scores more goals from that? Wouldn't that be great?

De Vrij being our top scorer would make me happy as long as we are champion who cares who scores

They can't afford him, that's for sure. He'll probably end up in Tottenham, Milan or Saudi. Don't see any other options.

100% Juve. At the last 48 hrs of mercato . Rube wants to give a psychological hit to all the other teams( especially us!) They also want a discount some sort, because Chelsea will be desperate. They want to show that they are back with Giuntoli. Signing Lukaku and also having Chiesa, Vlahovic etc. They are loading up , trying to get free cash, waiting if someone takes the Kean bait. What a shitty useless player , but some EPL teams are simply idiots ( with Saudi money)

Atleast thats what I think will happen.

I don't know man. I'm seriously starting to think Juve just plainly fucked with us and this fool was dumb enough to fall for it. They don't even need the pos to make it top 4, especially since they won't be playing any european matches at all.

I could see a few Italian clubs trying loan moves in the last few days. If Chelsea were smart, they would reject since Saudi Arabia transfer window will remain open after European one closes and Lukaku won't have much choice.

I'm surprised a team like West Ham aren't trying to go for a guy like Lukaku though.

I don't see any problematic in those. Apart from that his "brand" of "here we go" doesn't mean anymore that shit is really going to happen.

Which means that Romano is feeling the heat of needing to be first to announce the move since he needs to rush these announcements. It's always balancing between being more and more certain. Transfermarket is wild and always full of surprises.

These days you can't announce here we go even after medicals.

I'm willing to bet a million dollars that Azmoun is a colossal flop at Roma.

Colossal would suggest there are people who have high expectations on him. Guy was a massive flop at Leverkusen. He had a huge chance after Schick injury but he didn't make anything out of it. Big disappointment.
