There is match-fixing in Italy. There is match-fixing in Scotland. Suppose he didn't want to waste another year assuming the board didnt want to get him any funds to improve CL fortunes. Since a plank of wood could manage Celtic to the title without any singings I guess he left now since he couldn't next year with rangers possibly comming back into the fold.

Loss for sure. Really underrated manager, though I didn't like his transfer market tactics.
