Well, only if we get rid of Pandev and Palacio keeps his salary at the same level (don't know it at all but I guess it is little over 1m€ per season max). Also the contract must be 3 years tops and we would get a starting winger so that Palacio would be just a reliable backup. If all those conditions aren't met I really don't see point getting him.

And still, Palacio can't be worth Pandev in the market. Pandev can be actually a good player, a starting player with effectiveness for mid-table team. Pandev has scored over 10 goals three times in his Lazio years, Palacio has scored 7 and 9 Serie A goals in his Genoa career.
