Apparently this disagreement is regarding the transfer market. Mancini wants to keep control, Suning want the coach to have nothing to do with transfers. Suning offered Mancini a 3 year contract based on those terms of a "coach" and not a "manager", and Mancini refused. Suning did not want a coach on an expiring contract. Now a mutually agreeable settlement has been reached.

Not the best time for this shite to happen, but we are Inter and we have had worse timings in the past. Hopefully De Boer turns out to be a competent coach, and more importantly, hope he is not sacked before 3 years.

Apparently 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1, while Ajax fans did not like his style of play that much as it was seemed sometimes boring and defensive. That's what I picked up so far.
