The person who was last interviewed should interview the next person

If someone doesn't do it then they are passed and whomever want to keep this going interviews the next person. This section has been delayed too many times because the person suppose to start the interview doesn't do it.

Not sure if serious but the questions come from other members. Usually the last to do an interview would have to name the next guy to answer questions which i think in this case would be il drago(not sure though).

And in theory you can just randomly select who ever to get the ball rolling again as long as he agrees to do the interview otherwise it s kind of futile.
