Could be an error with Mino's account being in wrong user group. He doesn't have an user rank as well as he can't upload avatar so I guess his account is currently on the unverified user group so one of admins has to switch it and move his account to the standard/regular user group like the other members.

There are many usergroups like admins, mods, members, banned members, unverified ones (usually when a member doesn't confirm his account when registering then his account is still limited in access like example Mino's one), ect ect. I can be wrong, but as far as I remember it has to be something like this, so one of admins can fix it quickly.

it happened after i self-banned myself (for the exams) by changing the password to gibberish then requesting a new password after my exams were over.

I can see your user rank is back now, so I guess you are able to upload avatar as well.

Rather than manually tallying Oscar votes this year, I would like to use a cloud-based application. Ideally the application would make you rank all 7 nominees per category from 1-7 and then automatically tally results. SurveyMonkey has a tool that does this, but it costs money. Does anyone know a free application like this?

Google Forms... create a form, provide the link for everyone. Gather the votes and export to excel, create charts if you like, announce the winners, thank this post.
