Can you make a poll?

Can simple members post with polls or is it only the Admins/Mods who can? :s

I think normal members can make polls too. I think Stefan has made one. However, unfortunately, there's a bug in this forum whereby we can't edit out poll. So when you make one, please make sure that everything is correct.

It was before jimmy changed the settings to prevent normal members making polls.

Not trying to make trouble but
how did he do this
as one of the mods must of made it a poll then after all it went in the closed topics?:undecide:

Someone mistakenly changed the setting to allow members to create polls again. I have since changed it back. Maybe it was due to the moving the forum from phpBB to vBulletin too, not too sure.

But yeah, members was able to create poll, Karim created that thread, a mod closed it and now I've removed members' ability to create polls.

When you need any, just open a thread and tell us what kind of poll you want and we'll do it.

I have tried to make a new poll but i couldnt do it so i looked in the FAQs and the instructions in there are incorrect, unless you can't add a poll in the "off topic and other sports" section. Can anyone tell me how I can make a poll in this section?

Only Admins can add new polls (and Mods, too but only when their started that thread).

Anyway, it is discussed here so really no need to start another useless thread.
