How anyone gave Barella more than a 5 is beyond me. I thought he was fucking awful.

How anyone gave Barella more than a 5 is beyond me. I thought he was fucking awful.

In general, I think that (subjectively) the defenders could've easily gotten +0.50 each. They won the game defensively and a defender (Bastoni) got the assist on our goal. Meanwhile I think our entire midfield was weak. Eriksen on the fence of a 6, but Brozovic and Barella were not good at all. For me personally, I can still take a positive from the fact that Barella keeps on running the entire 90 minutes. But I didn't give him a 6 either (5,5 iirc). Brozovic however, I think should also be even lower. At most a 5 for his performance, max a 4 + € week fine for that midfield free kick that got us 2 suspensions, max a 1 for that bomb tattoo .
