don't get me wrong i have no intention of quarreling, but why the hell would inter keep him anyway? I mean Crisetig is way ahead of this guy in my opinion, and seeing we already have quite a number of DMs this guy is going to be used way worse than a bench warmer.

How many DM's do we have that are club-trained?? I just explained what the strategy may be above, but you seem to have ignored it. The more club trained players the better, so why not hang on to him for two years and let him gain that status. If you have watched him at all during the pre-season, you should have seen that the kid is talented and definitely good enough to be a strong back-up within the next two seasons. I believe that he will be able to get some playing time in games which we have a comfortable lead or the early stages of the Coppa Italia. If he continues to grow, he can fill Cambiasso's shoes when he decides to hang them up...

But yeah, it is more likely Obiora will stay in the first team and Crisetig won't. The Italian is two years younger and he has absolutely no hurry to take the step to the senior level. Obiora has, at least more that Crisetig, so he could play Krhin-like role next season. Though I'd like him to have more chances than what Krhin got and probably he will if Benitez continues to use his rotation.

Krhin is already a home grown player. So its fine for him now to go out and play. So its better for obiora to take his spot.

No he spent 3 full seasons here...I made the same mistake when calculating it lol

He came in January 2007...So his first season began in August/September 2007, which is the 2007-08 season, then he was here 2008-09 and he was here last season which was 2009-10, so 3 full seasons. I do not think we would have loaned him out if he did not gain his home grown status yet...
