I woke up around 3 am monday morning and I couldn't breath I was wheezing crazzily so I woke up my dad and told him to drive me in the hospital. I passed out in the car and I awoke several hours later in a hospital bed hooked up to a respirator. The doctor told me how I got there in a nick of time and I was very near to death :scared: :( . I'm alot better now though thanks to the plethera of medicine I received. I thought some of you would like to know because I know you all love me :D :p

Get Well Roberto :star: I hope it's nothing serious, did the doctor tell you what happened?

When I was young, my parents thought many times that I would die because I used to get sick alot. I fainted many times and remember sleeping for days in the hospital. Thank God, I'm fine now, but I still remember how it felt to lie helplessly in a hospital bed.

Thanks Hamed I appreciate your concern :) If I go you have to represent Canada...Old School lol.

The airways were blocked and no air could go through. Just a severe Asthma attack. Theyare not sure what caused my asthma to flare up though. I too used to be very ill especially when i was 4,5,6 I would be a regular at the hospital but my asthma has not troubled me since I was 12 and I've been in great shape. I was perfect sunday I played a match of football which I got a clean sheet in ;) but I wasn't even tired at all I was ready to play another match. I was very scared because it just suprised me like that. I'm stable now due to all the medicine I'm taking.

My kid brother had asthma, after it, he couldn't play soccer or run regularly, same with my youngest nephew. It's a scary thing, for the person and the family. But usually it disappears when the person is past 12.

I'm going to sound mean here, but I think it has to do with you smoking cigars. Cigars are really a health hazard, even when taken in small dosages. It may makes you look cool, but your lungs won't be cool. Especially if you play sports, you are putting a lot of stress on your lungs that way.

So much for you underage smoking party :D , that's illegal in Ontario btw. :p

I know its not my cigar smoking because It has never effected me. I even told my doctor and he said it wasn't the problem. He said clearly it doesn't help but it was definetley not the cause. I have an appointment with a respirologist so hopefully he will make things more clear.

Also I know its illegal which makes it more fun :D Sudbury is a boring town the most fun we can have is getting together with all my friends drinking and smoking some beautiful cigars :D :)

Its also funny how you mentioned 12 because when I was 12 was the last time I can remember having problems with it.

Yeah, 12 is the age when doctors say your asthma is gone. Well, hopfully things will be better but it's something to keep in check.

And about your 'party', I won't tell the cops if I'm invited.

Fortunately for your party attendants, I will be in Toronto for a while. :D BTW, did you live in Sudbury your whole life? That must be a tough experience? :scared:

Thanks everybody I appreciate the concern :) :proud:  , No I didn't see anything Han just blackness I just passed out and then woke up in the hospital bed. I feel cheated out of the traditional near death experience where you go through the tunnel and see the people in your life etc lol :D
