well the comparasion between food and music is the same,you can call them both "matter of tastes" but in both you can find categories of good or bad,not all food is good and not all music is good.

about the guitar player that you posted: I've never heard him but I suspect that you call him "one of the best g.p. in the world" just becouse he's macedonian anyway good jam,pretty minor armonic and classical style with some fusion vibe and good skill.
