What's the difference between ''obligation to buy'' and deferred payment?

Probably something to do with book keeping. If it's only a loan, it may be recorded differently into the club's books compared to situation when the transfer is made permanent immediately and payments are just delayed. Even if both cases the money changes the owner at exactly same times.

Obligation to buy is used to force the club to go through with full transfer (buying player normally) but it's done in the next transfer window when it accounts for the next years budget. Basically just delay the cost in the books.

Who is the person in charge of this club? I don't know if it's Thohir or Moratti but whoever it is, there is some serious miss communication. We have Thohir talking about bringing financial stability by laying low for 2-3 years and buying players on the cheap and using youth players. Great. But I'm still seeing Moratti's name in all of this and I can't help but wondering if he is influencing our management to rush and get results at the same time, because I feel this is all Mazzarri is hearing right now. I'm starting to wonder if Mazzarri cares more about his win-loss ration and entering the Italian Football Hall of Fame then doing what's best for the sake of the club, considering he was the one that asked for Vucinic. 10 million euros for an out of form 30 year old striker is the last thing we needed.

Which is probably the best case scenario. It was obvious from the get-go that Thohir wasn't going to be nearly as hands-on as Moratti was, which was something that disappointed me to be honest. At this point we can only hope that management sorts themselves and can recognize the roles of all individuals involved.

I don't like Mazzarri's way of playing at all but Belfodil must be doing something really wrong (something in training that we couldn't possible know) that he is not in Mazzarri's plans and he wasn't so even when Milito and Icardi were both out!I know Mazzarri doesn't give much weight on youth and I don't like that at all tbh but he at least give minutes to Kova,Taider,Icardi(when he wasn't injured) and JJ(hell he is a fu starter) .I think Belfodil isn't entirelly inocente in all of this...because then he would get more minutes!

or they are just not ready for the big times yet,and no playing for Parma isn't the same as playing for Inter(mentality,pressure and all that)
