It will go (hopefully) that he gives his trust to his employees and they build the squad. The problem at the moment is that there are guys from Moratti era as employees getting the trust and they are screwing everything like they did in Moratti era (when not enough money was available). If it's possible to screw this club any more, they will do it. Deal by deal. Signing by signing.

These are the words of the journalist: "There is a lot more optimism for the conclusion of the deal. Players are becoming more firm on their decisions, as they do not want to go back. At the time when they realized that the deal could be called off they threatened not to show up for training. Medical examinations are not carried out by Guarin, but yes by Vucinic. 1.5 The balance should be a maximum of 2 million. Obviously Guarin is younger, the exchange could not be right on par. Their agents have forced a lot for the operation . "

Actually i can see what has happened with Guarin. It was rumored he was promised a new contract. Now he isn't getting that big pay raise and he's pissed. He starts looking for clubs and ends up at Juve when Chelsea and others aren't that interested. He contacts Marotta and asks if they can make the deal. Marotta looks who they'd want to dump to us. Vucinic looks great, big contract, useless for Juve. Dump him to Inter. I can see Guarin agent being the broker here between the clubs.
If I were Inter, I'd say piss off and your client can sit on the stands for the rest of the season if that is your attitude (forcing the deal). Try making the World Cup with that. I don't understand how fucking poor our management is with handling these situations. It's like they can do nothing but give big contracts or then piss the players by promises they will break.

I might not know much about managing a football club much but I come from a family of businessmen. If someone starts negotiating for a shipment without us knowing that would be his last day working for us! It is just impossible. Ask any businessman. Yes people below you gather information about new products but in no way they have the right to start negotiating without your consent. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about.

according to all the info I've got(assuming it's true) I can't blame Thohir a whole lot...because he actually listened to the fans and tried to stop the deal but by then it already escalated to the point of no return.
The mgmt(Ausilio apparently) shouldn't consider it in the first place and Guarin and his agent shouldn't be cunts that they are as well.
ah well...I won't loose all my nerves for this...not worth it especially after seeing it so many times while suportting this club...Trust me we will live!
infact this reminds me of the Canavarro-Carini deal...not saying that Rube are doing this by forcing someone again but can you really know this...what happens behind the scenes before is it leaked?!
