He isn't a CM or DM. he is AMF. Inzaghi's tactics didn't require mr 10.
Bonaventura is similar to Mkhitaryan. He used to be AM in his youth, even something like LW in Milan, but now he is more like mezzala, at least at Fiorentina. He would have been much better option than Klaassen, or even what Frattesi brings for now.

I just checked his contract is till the end of the season. We definitely shall consider him if there are some significant changes in our midfield.

The Cuadrado signing made sense on paper imo. We just didn’t have the money to spend in every position and we needed to settle for a back up option.

The Arna signing for 10 million is the one that made absolutely no sense.
I understand why it made sense on paper, but anyone who had watched Cuadrado last season knew this was what we were getting. Anything else was just wishful thinking. There's a reason Juve didn't renew him.

Exactly. People watched him against Inter and they thought he was playing like that the entire season. But in reality he had a terrible season, he looked done and gobbi desperately wanted him out. Some Interisti even thought he would start over Dumfries and in the least he would be an upgrade over Bellanova. At least Bellanova could stay healthy and give some rest to Dumfries and Darmian. Gobbo cunt can't even do that.

a player who resemble Mikhitaryan tactics and games so far isn't Bonaventura, but Jude Beliingham is. Bonaventura can't even defend for lives, Bellingham can, he can defend and attack the opponent without problems.

Agree to disagree and move on. Bellingham is out of our reach.
My point was that Bonaventura would have been very useful for free, as he is technical very good for Inzaghi's ball.

I rather have this Cuadrado than Bellanova.

Just nice to see continuity in this club, at least at the management level. If Inzaghi does well this season (e.g. Scudetto), I wouldn't be suprised if he also received the same length extension to firm up the foundations that the next few years are based on.

Good news. We are significantly more hampered by our financials than we are at the sporting level. I’ve been quite impressed with what we’ve been able to achieve given the drastic shift in how we have to conduct our business since COVID.

Permanent contract wtf?? Must have some dirt on Steven.

Permanent contracts usually mean either sides can break out of the contract with minimal notice.

That's why companies always try to tie their most valuable employees with termed contracts, the employees in which case can't just quit before the contract ends.
