I think it's time we do a rebuild. Next summer is the perfect year to ditch the 3 at the back and go for a coach who can play a 4.It's hilarious that we basically need a mini-rebuild due to many contract situations, but do not have the money for ANYTHING.
Management should really pressure Zhang to allow something to be invested to the team in January window. This is a golden opportunity. Full focus on CL now so we need more depth to secure the top 4. Anything can happen in CL and there's money to be made out there.

We're 3 points from top 4,its not super unlikely. However, if we don't start winning big games then we are fucked.we can Beat Porto and should beat Porto. After that it's over. We aren't beating any of the other teams left unless we someone how get Napoli beat them in a troll win.
Management and ownership knows even dropping 500 million we aren't winning champions league and chance of a top 4 finish is super unlikely now regardless of what they spend. they need to sell the club before we crash out and are worth less than we are now.
There are matchups where the winner is NOT Real/City/Bayern level opponent. Milan-Spurs, Benfica-Brugge, Dortmund-Chelsea.we can Beat Porto and should beat Porto. After that it's over. We aren't beating any of the other teams left unless we someone how get Napoli beat them in a troll win.

Will just paste my deleted post from the Inter general stuff thread cause people rarely post there but your post is a fit answer to what I wonder:I think it's time we do a rebuild. Next summer is the perfect year to ditch the 3 at the back and go for a coach who can play a 4.
Gosens will leave and dumfries not too enough darmian another year older and not good enough. Bellanova has potential but not good enough, so we already need 2/3 wingbacks of much better quality
Dr vrijs contract expires soon? Sell him if we renew skriniar.
Barella broz and hakan are fine in a 3 but we need depth.
Our strikers are shit, sell correa for anything. Release dzeko. Lautaro will prob stay, get a sub for him.
Wingers is the problem, we need good tricky wingers. Maybe this is the time to get berardi?
This team needs a rebuild, we've been praying for another scudetto with this group but won't happen.

Would you stick to 3-5-2 and have Limone stay or search for similar coaches that play this formation, or ditch it and start all over again?
I think sticking to this formation makes no sense with average wingbacks like Dimarco, Dumfries, Darmian etc.
In theory it's a good formation. The midfield is packed with different types of midfielders and you have wing backs running up and down the pitch to both defend and attack. But it's not all that simple to make it work. It's not a surprise that few elite teams, if any, use it. There are Conte and Limone religiously follow it but that's it. Other guys like Tuchel, Potter etc. play with 3 at the back sometimes or more often but a bit different, 4 in the midfield and 3 upfront or some other variation of this.
What would you (ideally) do?
Gosens could score double digit goals in the world cup and our lovely management wouldn’t come up with 15 million for him.At this point I'm hoping for people like Dumfries, Gosens, and Correa to have stellar world cups so we can fuck them off for the highest price.
And again, I like Gosens, but pitiful output so far which has massively not been helped by a manager who cannot use him.
I hope not, his style of football is pure athleticism and forza, it is enough of watching that kind of footballIf the club is sold then The Godfather offer to Simeone needs to come. Maybe not so much with money but with full transfer authority. If Beppe doesn’t like that then he can go. This team lacks grit and intensity. We’re so mentally weak when we’re down or we’re vs big teams. I’m no longer afraid to re assemble at the top so long as that money is re invested. And while we’re at it holy shit bring some athletes into this club were fossil slow.
His football is no more uglier than prime Cunteball that brought us scudetto.I hope not, his style of football is pure athleticism and forza, it is enough of watching that kind of football
