I have a weird feeling he may impress in summer training enough to convince Inzaghi to keep him around. It depends heavily on the mercato, but I wouldn't be shocked if it did happen. He's already looked good playing with our first team in his limited cameos and generally seems very mature.

A loan to a more competitive team is what will likely happen, but it's just a hunch. His CT status may also help.
