So many people saying they are done with inter is very worthy, if you were only here for Kova then you weren't a proper fan anyway, 30-40 million for someone who is still a very very raw talent is a great deal and in all likely hood his career will stagnate with real and him lacking game time unless he goes to the Castilla which is unlikely given his age and the price. I am not defending this deal but it makes complete sense to sell him for that enormous amount of money that a club in our position cannot afford to pass up on.

That's true, last season Icardi had a very successful season and delivered so well for us, he is clearly talented, but he is sooo replacable. Kova on the other hand, despite being fucked by Mancini last season, and Mazzarri the season before, he played fairly well and last seaosn and especially when Mancini finally found his right position, he delivered too. Kovacic has a bigger talent, and to me, he is special and one of a kind once he fullfill his potential.

Kova is a more technical talent, which takes longer to develop. Icardi needs the ball at his foot or head for him to score a goal, or he is otherwise invisible.

It doesnt make sense to sell him 2 weeks away from the end of the mercato, do you think we'll have enough time to find a replacement? Do you actually think THERE IS a replacement in the first place, who is as talented as Kovacic, let alone more talented? Sorry but it doesnt to sell the most talented played in the squad when you have retarded useless pieces of shit like Guarin and Hernanes, we tried to sell them for a month but we couldnt, and then went on to sell Kovacic, that only shows that our management are incompetent and lack vision.

He's a striker who is capable of scoring 20 goals. Odds are he'll only improve. I'm not for this transfer but I'm not going to act as if Kovacic is a rarer find than Icardi and I'm glad that we don't have to go replacing Icardi at this time rather than Kovacic.

Icardi is much more use to the team at the moment.

You all know that people saying they are done with the club if this is true have actually a good reason. With Kova is not just the fact that we are selling the one that some of us consider to be one of our best players if not our best player right now (it doesn't matter how many goals Icardi scored last season), the fact is that Kovacic is much more than that because he was to lots of people the face of our managment "new project": a young talented player that has the potential of being a very big star who liked Inter and wanted to stay, who wasn't a party boy or anything like that, honestly, he was the hope of Inter actually trying to do something more, the hope of a creative Inter who really wanted to come back to the top and stay there... Is not just thinking that a player is more than the team is much more that that, and I can't believe you can't see that.
