According to the report, the two Inter players approached the person at around 4.15 in the morning. They asked if he had filmed them clubbing, and the answer was no, but the Inter players didn’t believe him, so they allegedly dragged the person outside the club by taking him by the arm. Once outside, they personally checked his mobile phone and social media accounts.
The lawyer Stefano Tutino said Inter players “found nothing” because his client had “done nothing.”
According to the report, one player said: “You know what happens if you go against me” and even tried to force the person to say “Milan sh**” in Italian, but the person didn’t do it.
“If these facts are confirmed, the duo risks being put under investigation for assault and arbitrary exercise of their own reasons, having acted with violence and violated the privacy of our client,” said Tutino.
An investigation is ongoing, the accuser’s mobile phone has been seized to detect fingerprints and the nightclub’s security videos have been scrutinised.
The accuser also claims that he was prevented from entering the same club the following week and was told that he would not be allowed in again until he withdraws the lawsuit.
