Balotelli deserves to start right now. I'm sorry but at the moment Eto'o is not contributing much, and Balotelli is taking players on, finding passes, having good shots at goal. Simply, the kid's ready blow up and he's being held back.

I dunno about London though. Maybe we should give Eto'o another shot at it. Afterall, the CL is what he's here for. Of course if his form doesn't pick up in the coming weeks Balotelli should start on principle.

but what if in the next game he does the same thing, tries to take players on, etc. and he isn't as impressive? We will have 9 pages here of bashing him, that we should sell him and you know the rest...

That's because those same people don't like him, they like only what he can do for the team. Therefore they don't give him the same respect they would if say Milito would have a bad match. It has nothing to do with him being poor. I mean, I'm not a mindreader, maybe some posters genuinly believe that he's not performing up to scratch, but that would be weird considering there's far worse players than Balotelli at Inter, and they don't get one tenth the shit hrown at them that he does.

Anyways, who cares about the haters? Let them hate.

The guy thinks he can dribble all players from the other team, he is crazy. But we better start to play 4-3-3 with him and Pandev. Play with 3 Dm's and Eto'o is like playing with 9 man.

Yes, great entry from Balo. He toyed with Malouda and made some excellent passes. Mario also tried to do his defensive duties, which was nice to see.

I hope Mario will start against Udinese overmorrow.

I think we definetley need to utilize balo in the 2nd leg. I'd like to see him in his natural center forward position. We saw what he did against juve when he was the lone striker, he caused chiellini and the juve defense all sorts of problem with his size strength and speed. With what we saw yesterday he could definetley have his way with chelsea's defense.

but even if he's outwide he's still explosive and gives us that extra threat in attack. He made malouda look silly and bombarded down the wing and made some great passes(Pandev should have capitalized)

whatever mou chooses to do I see mario as being a key figure in attack if we want to score those important away goals.

Its high time he plays in the front 2. The thing is Milito is never rested, I'm sure with decent service Balo will wreck the opposing defence.... the more he sits on the bench the more time it will take for him to play well on the pitch.

When he is having a good run in the team, he seems to grow..

Never thought we could beat Chelsea with 9 men...

he is definatley ready to start in the front 2. mourinho is just being cautious because he doesnt want him to think he can get away with how he is behaving at moments and still make it into the first team. i hope he gets the chance to start soon. he will certainly blow by any defence and prove to mou he needs to start more often. i wish he would try and stay on his feet a little more. if he did this he would realize he can get by anyone instead of just being lazy and falling over. he is such an extraordinary talent and he just needs to get his mind straight and mature!

Wow a few great dribbles and you guys believe that he's ready to start not only over Eto'o but the guy who's balls were being sucked for two weeks after the derby too? You guy are honestly a funny bunch and totally remind me of Katy Perry's Hot n Cold song.

i have always had faith in balo and have never doubted him. you'll never find a bad post from me concerning him. sure his attitude isnt great or even good, but he has undeniable potential to become one of the best

Mario looked better lately, just like I expected, but I wouldn't say he is great. If he was, he would bench Pandev and Eto'o.

Certainlyu he is close to getting a starting spot in one of the next games, as he behaved well and also did nicely when he came onto the field.

I smell hate.

No because he actually has an impact on the games he plays, creates something doesnt just run around like a headless chicken. Anyways I will respond to your 'sarcasm' when you decide to give the guy a fair view and not a hate message everytime you post here. Thanks and please respect opinion rather than smilies :rollani: and comments that are in no way related to what the reality is...

I agree with you Luka, Pandev's honeymoon period is over, he is still a great player but as you and I have both pointed out in that Inter doesnt need forwards who just poach especially when we have Milito, we need players who can actually help Sneijder create. Pandev and Balo are exactly the kind of guys we need at the moment, atleast till Eto'o gets his mojo back:hopeful: I hope for Eto'o he gets back to his old self, but to me he is currently making us weak.

balotelli is in better form than pandev and eto'o, but i think he is much better at being a super-sub, whenever he is subbed on he does great and tries to prove himself, but if he starts too many games he takes it for granted and becomes lazy

Good point skeet, yes and I will be first to say he needs to be back on the bench and Pandev starts if we play 4-3-1-2. Or Eto'o if he is back to his goalscoring self.

But if he is always on the bench he wont improve.

Word. We need another source of creativity apart from Sneijder. I feel Pandev is better than Mario since he contributes to the team more. He is able to link up with Milito and has a good passing game. Mario on the other hand is trying to beat defenders on the wing, but not much seems to come out of it.
