At least we managed to get money for Brozo, something we couldn't for Skriniar or Perišić. We will become even more of a selling club over the next few seasons under Zhang. This is just the start.

If we're about to be a selling club we better follow Dortmund formula, not ours.

a selling club should sign a young player with potentially high resale value and promote many primaveras into the first team to increase his market value. not sign a lot of footballers over 32+ yo without resale value and nearly is going to pre retirement living.

I'm sure we'll keep selling our starters. With so many richer clubs out there, it's going to be extra hard to keep them unless if they are Italian.

Selling club? We are selling our best players for peanuts. Selling club my ass. Selling clubs know how to sell.

Which works when you're Ajax or Porto/Benfica, because your spot in the Champions League is guaranteed

Not when you're one of 5 to 8 teams battling for top 4 in Italy every season

Good luck next season when Hakan is absent.
We'll just have to trust in Asllani. Why even buy Asllani if he isn't going to feature more?

Unless if there are some other players that can be sold without us needing to buy replacements, what other singular position do we have 3 players for? Selling Brozo kinda makes sense, be happy for him and be happy that at least we got something that can be invested in a younger player, like Frattesi

especially since in the next few summers will be looking for new CBs FOR SURE and also we still need to find another striker

in fairness, all of our competition are weakening too. Lazio and Roma need significant plusvalenza just to give some basic liquidity for transfers. Napoli have already sold a key player, and I think Spalletti leaving will have a significant impact. Juventus need massive plusvalenza just to keep afloat let alone investing into the squad.

Milan probably dont need the plusvalenza as such but have just sold Tonali

Italy as a whole is weakening, so fortunately we just need to weaken slower than the rest of the country!

Broz - gets offered an insane wage of €20m per season: “fuck you give me 30”

Marotta - gets offered 40m for a 50m player: “I can do 35 + 5 bonuses”

And to the guys arguing the lack of market for Broz (namely browha) - you’ve seen the player for years, what more do you need than your own eyes to know his quality? For such a good player to fly under the transfer radar and attention of other teams is a rare blessing. We should consider ourselves lucky to have kept him our secret for so long and not have had to give him a pay raise every year after clubs tried to poach him.

Moreover, that does not justify the pathetic fee attained when we did eventually sell him. A player like Cambiasso didn’t get a ton of transfer attention during his time here (relatively speaking). Does that mean you would’ve been happy to sell prime Cambiasso for €15m, knowing how good he is?

I’ll end by reiterating that last point. This is not some fucken washed up 35 year old. Brozo is in his PRIME. World class, prime midfielder sold for for €23m. Great stuff guys. Amazing.

Makes you think that marotta might be getting a large brown envelope under the table

I'm sure he's compromising his entire career and legacy for probably a few hundred k to save some saudi club maybe 5-10million...

Sad to see him leave, he was what Inter is all about. It's incredible to see that low fee for him, but I believe Beppe will do great job in the end, as he has before.

Good luck Brozo, absolute Inter legend he went all the way from the bottom and finished on almost absolute high. He deserevs whatever he wants, take that oil money and come back.

He's just a shit seller that's it. At least he knows how to find replacements so there's that.
