Holy crap! we are in deep shit! Our worst nightmare happened thanks to ass face Nedved!

I don't think there will be any drastic change, none of our strikers will ever play in midfield, we tried that during summer and didn't work... simply we'll play 4-4-4 with Cesar and Stankovic on the wings. We shouldn't buy any player during winter break as we tried that many times before and it never paid off... Riquelme can't come even though it looks like a cheap/quality easy solution, only he plays right behind the strikers and we've not been playing that this season and changing tactics is out of the question.

It times like these we just have to limit the damage, even without Figo we are still clear favorites for the Seria A only CL is a different story, IMO we should try and reformulate our plans for this season by concentrating on winning the Scudetto and prepare better for next season's CL. Shit like this happen all the time in Football, it takes a great team to not let it affect it.

Man I hate Nedved. What an ass. Simply an ass.

Anyway, Mancini said Dejan would be back vs CSKA, so if not tomorrow, he'll be back very soon. That leaves Vieira and Figo out. That will probably take until New Year.

If we want a midfielder i January, I hope we move for Ballack. Our midfield is crowded, but not necessarily with players of quality we need for CL. We have 4,5 starters (Zanetti, Vieira, Dejan, Cuchu, 1/2 Figo). Ballack would be great. Some rotation would've been needed, but that would do the players good. Some players will undergo serious pressure with physical limits being pushed all the way (eg Dejan) as the situation is now.

With Ballack, we could do without one of our starting midfielders, which means we could've avoided playing Dacourt and so on. Although Dacourt certainly can do good in certain matches he is not capable of replacing any of the players aforementioned.

The point is that we are very fragile in midfield. Another starter would do us great. Ballack is the best alternative.

Nedved go to hell. Can't beat Figo like a man so he took a cowards way. Maybe we should arrange a little party for him with miha and matrix when he's in milano next.:D

Moratti said to Gazzetta that Inter will NOT be on the market in januari and Mancini said that Stankovic and Vieira will be back before that time.

I think he will be back. I'm hoping we can somehow get Aguero, he is what we need.

I read on "Goal" that he's be out for 6 weeks

"The procedure, performed at the San Matteo clinic in Pavia, lasted for about an hour, and has guaranteed the stability of the fracture."

Of course, a stable break is still a break, and Figo is likely to miss up to six weeks of competitive football as it heals up.

This is amazing news, even if it's 2 months, it's still not a huge deal, we can do fine for the coming matches, and he'll be back for the whole 2nd half of the season, things aren't as bad as we thought! only thing is he's gonna miss the derby, otherwise we can do just fine both in the league and the rest of the group games. Forza Figo!

Poor Figo this is last season with us too, he doesn't deserve this.... stupid Nedved!

Anyway we have major concerns in the midfield now with Figo and Vieira out and Stan not playing that well, time for the likes of Jimenez, Pele, Solari etc. to step up otherwise we need to look around in January for a few new signings.

Yeah, that's just terrific news, let's hope it's true! but anyways even if he doesn't its still positive as it's nowhere near what we thought at first, as long as he's back at new year's IMO we'll be just fine! we have a great team, I think we will manage for now
