Off topic-Atleast in defense, Branca is thinking exactly like me Luka . This is the best thing we could have done to our defence this summer, getting Maicon to stay, getting a top class CB play in his correct position and then finding a few youngsters Natalino and Biraghi on our USA tour. Ranocchia coming in next summer. Brilliant job Branca, you will be god if you use my advise for our attack side of the game as well.

Whenever we're heavily linked with some player, and when the papers say that it's basically a done deal, I transfer the rumoured player to Inter on FIFA, and the deal somehow falls through..the first time I did that was with M. Fernandes, and we all know how that ended. I did it with Masch, 2 days later the papers say that it prolly won't happen, It happend with Ledesma, Sculli and now Antonelli.

I need to try this with Kuyt.

Hahahaha but I'm glad we didn't sign him, it shows a tremendous leap of faith in Santon IMO, for awhile I was worried Benitez woould consider him only a bit part player.

Well, they have both contracts till 2012 so maybe not.

Toldo still has one year on his contract but decided to hang up his boots. The contract length doesnt really mean much to Inter veterans since we can always talk to them about the possibility of management. I think I read a little while back that Matrix will retire with us next year and Cafe to stay around until 2012.
