I read comments last night that were made by Argentina's Assistant Coach, Roberto Ayala. He said that Messi and Martinez being able to play together would undoubtedly be a benefit to Argentina. Combine those comments with Scaloni's as well as the President of Racing and you have a bunch of people that are barracking for a Barcelona. Do you know what bothers me the most about the barracking? The fact that Inter as a club is ignored and treated like an non-entity as if we are some shit club like Shrewsbury Town FC.

Scaloni repeated it would be better if Lautaro and Messi play together. I haven't been following the news of other teams closely so I may be wrong but I have been watching football for over 20 years and I don't remember such a disgusting attempt in public to unsettle a player.

Perhaps quite a bit to do with it involving the best player of all time of which the conversation has only involved Messi over last few decades. Of all the things to be unnerved by, this one is a bit silly from fans - it's only natural a NT coach of a country that is desperate to win a big competition wants the GOAT paired with another great talent at club level. To take that as disrespect to Inter is pretty paranoid

It's about respect,not about trophies.If you can't have any respect for less prestigious clubs than Inter,how can you demand respect from people who sympathize Barcelona like that duo probably cause main player of ther NT are there.And 99% of people don't have any respect for less prestigious clubs than that one they cheer for so it's so silly that they are so angry everytime when coin flips on another side.

Blame that on insecurity, alot of people support 'big clubs', so they can identify their succes as that of their own. Even on this forum the people talk about Inter as in 'we', we should buy this, we should buy that, we lost (like they have just been playing together with Lukaku and Brozo in Giuseppe Meazza).
It goes pretty damn far.

And you are right, a club deserves respect, not because of their status but for how they are/behave (cough....cough....juBe.....)
