I think the captaincy has really boosted him and made him believe in himself, I was coming to write something similar, one thing I noticed is his first touch, technique and movement with the ball, fantastic so far.

Lautaro's first touch has always been top tier. His biggest issue was composure in front of goal, and he's still not there but he's improved like hell.

He may never be as clinical as we wish, but at least he contributes in different ways whilst scoring and assisting. Also another thing is, he set a very high standard of performances. The guy was immense most of times, even when he's wasteful, he will still do some other things to contribute like winning balls, involving himself in goals, pressuring opponent and everything else.

Hopefully Alexis will play A LOT more this season, so he could give a fresh breath to this team because most of times Lautaro has single-handedly carried our attacking department.

Alexis, Arnautovic, Thuram.... all quality players with different characteristics. How can you not appreciate our directors' efforts in building this team.

He is at a good level, although he needs goal support from another striker.
Sanchez's creativity will come in handy, at the time they had a good synchrony

If he stays healthy this will be a break through season. Which is saying something because he is already a prolific striker. However I think he’ll be in the convo for being one of the best in his position. Especially if we make another deep CL run with him scoring along the way.

He’s always had the potential but it takes maturity and time for a player to develop. Sometimes I think we forget that because at Inter the expectations are high. However, I’ve wanted him to be played as the main striker since Lukaku left the first time. Glad he’s getting the chance now and with the captains armband I think he’s out for blood this season.

The scary thing for me is the quality of striker in the premier league currently, very poor right now. I can Toro being a top target for a lot of clubs next season.

He's also been a target of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Inter has nothing to fear from any team when they come knocking for our players. Nothing apart from our owners and management who are happy to flip players without blinking.

I feel like if we sell him we will reset our progress back to the first or second year of Spalletti, I mean it has to be at least 100m for us to sell, and even so I don't think we should, cause even if we are willing invest 70m back to the market, I don't think we can get anyone on par without taking 2-3 years.

It seems like the game has slowed down for him. His goal this past week was more composed than usual. He took his time and delivered a great shot.

My boy Lautaro is on fire. I was hoping for a hat-trick but it's still great with a brace. Apart of the goals scored, he's doing great things which stats don't show.

Indeed, his defensive contributions and continuous pressing make opposition defenders uneasy with the ball, and he is also capable of reading and limiting their passing lane distribution.

In the league he's been world class so far. Time to step it up in CL.
