The only thing Lautaro would go to England is for the money. Arsenal is in a crazier situation than Inter :) and Spurs are well, Spurs. The only wild card is Inter's ownership.

82 million for Lautaro

I know we are getting raided but you guys are making it sound like they are offering 5 million + Muntari or Rano.

Lautaro doesn’t want to stay. And all these grandpas he is benching are making 80% more than him defiantly pisses him off.

I don’t think tripling or doubling his wages is the answer.

prove you can lead the front line then we talk in December but again. Do you guys think we will get another offer like this?

what did Icardi go for? Only player we sold cheap was Hakimi. All these other offers we are getting or are rumored are too good to pass. Issue is how close we are to the start of the season and how shit our non starters are.

we could prob start the season with Sanchez starting with one of the youth guys but if they don’t bring us a better option than Dzeko we are fkd.

I mean I am not the biggest Zapata fan but Sanchez - Zapata up top if they stay healthy is a solid attack. Def top 4. Sanchez is a better more polished version of Muriel. I just don’t see any one on our remaining roster being that great outside of Bro, Barella and the defense if we keep all 3.

Not even a midtable club should sell its starter unless it has a replacement in hand. Ideally the replacement should be someone already performing for the club.

The only exception to this rule is when an outrageous offer comes in.

Why do people keep saying Lautaro doesn't want to stay?
The same reason some people are inexplicably blaming Lukaku for the Chelsea transfer.

I get that Lautaro is not the warmest guy. He both looks and plays like a rapist. And yea, he certainly had his head turned by Barca 2 years ago. But that aside, I never bought into this fairly common theory around here that "Lautaro has always seen Inter as merely a stepping stone". And "his goal has always been Barcelona or Real Madrid." I dono. I just don't see it.

Think is goes back to when his agent said "We're good" when contract talks started up. Everybody srarted saying " Uh oh...he's outta here ". Then the monies offered by Athletico and Tottenham for him along with the financial issues at Inter fueled the talk. I personally think he'll stay given a respectful raise.

Lol, when my cousin first seen lautaro play for inter he said he looks like a rapist and that's how I've described him ever since when updating him on inter games. "who scored"
"the rapist"
"ah again, very good".

If he doesn't get proper respect a.k.a. proper wages, he is gonna skiddadle somewhere else. Maybe not this season, but it's a thing that can happen.

Also our owners can't possibly believe Martinez, Skriniar or Barella will just casually decide to stay at Inter if more prominent players are sold?

We shouldn't even think about going into the season with Sanchez as a starter, you don't even know if he can guarantee 20 games , 30 or 40 games.
The only guarantees that Sanchez can offer are a huge wage that does not justify the return and persistent injuries.

Been saying the whole time. I never bought into the idea that Lautaro wanted to leave, except when briefly tempted by Barca in 2019.

His agent's statements: "He loves the club... He's happy in Milano... He wants to stay.."

All great to hear but the very last statement is horrifying:

"Our will is clear - but it depends on the club" :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

In other words, no matter how much you love the club and want to stay, Zhang will sell you in a heartbeat if Tottenham or some other retard club bids even 60% of your market value.
