What are you talking about? Sneijder and Etoo is better than Kaka. For me Sneijder should take the Ballon D'or if FIFA is not so corrupted and biased. Etoo is 3 CL winner.
Kaka was a good player but not anymore. He is above average player at the moment. I would have take Cassano for a minimal transfer fee rather than go for Kaka.

Thats how I would play both of them, with a little tracking back to do and Motta occassionally creating space for them to start of moves with. Pandev backup for the front 2 and I would trade Bia for any other decent forward looking to be backup. Cou, Deki, Mariga, Obi, Obiorah, Cordoba are not a bad bench for that sort of formation, also it can be easily changed to a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3 or a 4-3-1-2... one substitution needed.
