Given our current lack of available midfielders, I expect Mancini to go with a 4-4-2 again, maybe replacing Biabiany with somebody else, the core of the midfield being composed of Medel and Melo. Given how awful was Melo's passing against Sampdoria, and given how awful Medel's passing is at any given moment, I'm concerned about our approach to the game, we'll be limited to keep relentlessly destroying without any sort of creative input, save for a providential counter-attack.

It's either that or Mancini doing his mad scientist impression again, like fielding Perisic as a CM or anything of the sort.

Ljajic can be good decision as CM i suppose. 4-4-2 will be suicide against Jube's midfield.

Palermo is just that bad, roma are unstable and their defence is horrible. Their midfield excellent though.

what nagatomo? telles should start in the lb position backup is juan. Rb should be a fight between di ambrosio and nagatomo and santon. Nagatomo is the worst fullback we have in my opinion but sometimes he is useful because he is fast but even his speed won't help him against cuadrado, it helped him against salah for example
