How much did we sign him for? 2.5?
Winners,
GK: 2.5 million?
Def: >5 mil
Mid: 15 mil
Frw: <20

Only 1 really big money signing and he won overall award.

GREAT SAVE on that Reyes shot before the goal...but he fucked up royally on the goal. Dammit, Julio.

I can't really trust him like I used to.

in which goal, the first? I dont think he really fucked up, it was hard low ball... He may have done better, but it's not like it was his fault..

It is always the goalkeeper's responsibility to cover the near post. Always.

I think Julione was great last night, that save of Reyes' shot was brillant, but what could he do in the first goal?? I don't blame Julione for that, it was a little distance and good shot by Reyes, so I don't think any goakeeper in the world would save that shot from that little distance, anyways we sucked last night and that's all.

He did get a touch on the ball, I think the defense let him down big time and a player like Reyes should never be that close to the goal.

I think too that the shot came so close, he didn't have much possibilities to save it. Of course there were possibilities, but like I said, they were small.

I'm sorry for calling people out like this, but if you think that goal wasn't Julio Cesar's fault, you don't know goalkeeping. It is always, no matter what, the keeper's responsibility to cover his near post. That shot shouldve been an easy save, smacking him in the legs. If the guy shoots it far post and scores, you give it to him because that is a much harder shot. Near post should always be covered.

No, it's not always like that. That was fuckin' hard because
a) Reyes was very close
b) It was a strong shot
That was a tough one. As the season goes on, he'll get on his top form and he might be able to save a few balls like that. But he can't do that always, just like every GK in the world. He was with his hands closer to the ball, that's why he didn't use his legs.

It was a very tight angle, if Julio was positioned correctly, it would have been an easy save. 100% Julio's fault...it was a mistake, happens to everyone, even your beloved Brazilians...
