From a practical point of view this is an upgrade to Bellanova......and dare I even say it, to Dumbfries aswell.
From an ethical point of view - I'm no fan of his on the pitch behaviour. There are annoying players you'd rather have on your side, Cuadrado is not one of them. He is simply annoying for whatever team he plays

Although wouldn't mind him being a bitch against juBe - how sweet would that be. Only thing is: he'll not get the same leverage from the refs with Inter as opposed to being with juBe

One of my least favorite players ever. Although I wouldn't take too much stock in the fact he had a poor season last year at Juve, as pretty much everyone did. To look on the positive side, he does add dribbling ability that we totally lack in the team, and I could see him being decent for a year.

I am glad to see it's just a one year deal and that the salary isn't so bad - I'm used to us giving 4M+ salary to experienced players.

The only explanation I have for his signing is that the team has lost so many established players: Handanovic, Skriniar, Brozovic, Lukaku that they delibertely looked to signed a competitive veteran to give the team some much needed character and edge.

At least that is what I am telling myself to justfy his arrival Inter. However, that by no means changes the past and the fact that he is a Grade A cunt. I also hope that someone takes him aside and explains what it means to be an Interista: being black and blue is the antithesis of being a cheating cunt hunchback.
