Always liked him. Very underrated. I found myself defending him countless times whenever he was linked with a return here. Not a world beater by any stretch, but a player that can put any defense under pressure with his speed, not to mention that he is quite a smart player as well.

Anyway, I'm very happy he has been able to come back from such a difficult year. You would never know that he was on the sidelines for so long based on his performances with us thus far

Shaun plz...overreacting again...he is speedster and can be usefull in Mancini's style of football but he isn't the smartest player out there...smarter than Nagatomo and Guarin but that is not a standard...
Smart players are Ljajic,Palacio and let's say JoJo but lately he hasn't showed it much.
He had a lot of brainfart moments today...example the pass between Ljajic and Icardi when we were on the counter that went to out of play like he was brain dead and hitting players with attempted crosses.

He has intelligent movement. I watched him a lot at Parma too. He's a pretty good player. Is his decision making when he running a million miles per hour always fantastic? No, no it's not. However, off the ball he does a lot of smart things. He also defends quite well too

Also, I did say QUITE a smart player, I never compared him to Palacio (Not sure why you're using Ljajic as an example of a smart player though). So I feel you're the one that is overreacting. Just like you would get angry every time we were linked with him

He has improved a lot under Donadoni at Parma yes and he is a usefull player to have as with his speed he can get in to dangerous positions, scoring positions even but he doesn't fit the "smart" players category... I just don't see it.

He is actually very good after his long lasting health problems tbh...I was wrong about him in that department, I can admit that

I'm happy for the guy.

He's important for us and I'm glad to see him coming back to form. He can be an asset.

Ljajic isn't a stupid player, although I don't consider him too much of a smart player. He has great technique and today he played smartly in my opinion. He had lots of nice passes, was great at retaining the ball, and his game overall was quite good.

Ljajic is very talented, but not particularly smart. Or maybe he's smart, but it gets hidden by his frequent bouts of selfishness. He can be great one game and disappear the next, then goes into a sulk. By the time he is done, he will have played at as many clubs as Ranieri has managed.

He is a decent backup and offers us something different with his speed. Happy for him.

People weren't mocking his heart decision. They just think that he is not good enough for Inter especially after his recovery.

Don't do that. When Biabiany was signed we had bought Shaqiri mere months previously and Mancini was repeatedly stating that Shaqiri wasn't fit. Most people were very fairly bemused that we were giving Poli-time and a lack of opportunities to a supposedly-injured Shaqiri then went and signed a dude who hadn't played in months due to a potentially career-ending heart condition.

I don't think anybody mocked him for having the heart condition tbh that would just be fucked up, sometimes people would be worried about our attack because we didn't have many attackers at one point, a quote used quite often might have been; all we have is a stagnant Icardi, one foot it then medical room Jovetic, past it Palacio and Biabiany with a heart problems. I don't remember anyone making fun of him for it, plus what Universe said did seem quite odd.

Personally I'm happy that he scored, I've always thought he was a little underrated, and after all he's been through glad he's playing decent football again.

One of the commentators on the last match said Biabiany earns the lowest wages of our squad.

Not surprising, also considering he probably cost the club a significant amount of money for his treatment.

Almost get an assist at the last minutes. His off ball is very good actually.
He deserves more minutes than Perisic

That cross to Ljajic was pretty good as well apart from the cross in the final seconds which ended against the post.

Not to mention that he fucking ran all the way back to stop Higuain who was almost about to go one-on-one with Handa, right before he made that cross. Which meant he ran all the way from the front to the back, to the front again, in probably less than a minute.

Has so far exceeded whatever shit expectation I had for him.
