hopefully we can extend his contract. him as right WB and Gosens on the left would be fascinating and lethal.

Poor guy scored the first and only goal of Inter in both matches where Inter lost.

Gosens is a player that works well in atalanta, many players are overacheving there. We Will se how he plays in Inter with less time on the ball and space

So is he available for the Roma match? How bad was his knock received against Milan?

Ive seen on other forums and news sites that he allegedly wants to return home to Hajduk Spalato (they signed Kalinic and journalists aksed him about Perisic and he said that it is upon him to decide). Is there any truth in that?

Welcome to the forum.

The rumours about a return to Hajduk are mostly coming from Croatia. In Italian sources i have mostly read his target is a move to EPL or a return to Bundesliga in case he leaves Inter in the summer.

Sky reported yesterday Inter have started talks with his agent in previous days for an extension so let's see how this goes. A left side of Perisic and Gosens would be massive.

The player expressed a desire to eventually return there but I doubt it's the time for him. He's definitely looking for a CL club and he's more than capable of playing for one.

Atletico Madrid, Bayern and iirc even PSG are onto him and that's without talking about the potential of Chelsea and Manchester United. Maybe even Tottenham can be an option.

Still hoping we keep him but it seems like an unreasonable request these days given our potential salary structure.

If he comes down to 4m€, we can probably keep him, maybe with bonuses etc. If he can get more from elsewhere and going abroad suits him, I salute Ivan.

I mean we have gosens already, unless we wanna play him as a striker?

True but as Milan game showed we don't have a serious alternative. Dimarco can play there but only against shitters. He isn't good enough to be impactful against the top sides of the league. It would be great to have two great options on the left. They could even play together by sending Perisic on the right.

I agree that we need depth but problem is idk if Perisic is willing to share some minutes with Gosens. I really hope he stays though

Could he play RWB/ as a back-up for Dumfries?
Lol if he plays as RWB, Dumfries should be his back up. Dumfries has exceeded my initial lowly expectation but he's not better than Perisic.

I remember when Perisic played RW for Croatia in euros in one match for 45 minutes and he was complete crap. If I remember correctly, he switched side back to left and played much better like instantly.
