I want to interject a podcast conversation into this thread. Who do you all think is getting relegated this year?

I think Empoli and Salernitana are locks.
Too early to tell.

I think Cagliari still has high chances of relegation.
Salernitana has shown it doesn't die, so I would not call them a lock to fall.

Frosinone and Lecce started very well but eventually that should dry out, at least for one of them.

Verona is trying too hard to get relegated in the last couple of seasons.

I'll go ahead and say Verona, Cagliari and Lecce will go down based on absolutely nothing.

Will revise this in January.

What propaganda you are talking about? I watched all of that stinky decadent grind football. Yea, it gives results in Seria A, like in rube case. Champagne football? You are blind or you are joking.
We are playing same with Inzaghi more or less, but with more fluidity. Conte's tactics were deep defending with fast counters via Lukaku and Hakimi. I don't think that this was ugly. We also dominated less technical teams than us.

In 2019/2020 I think we played better on the eye but failed to win anything. The second season we played uglier but we won the Scudetto. From March onwards it was just grinding results, we really weren't watchable at times tbh. The wins vs Cagliari, Verona, Bologna, Sassuolo were eye gauge but we won and that's what's important. Conte raised Inter's level like no one did since Mourinho. Simone can be that guy that raised Inter for another level but he has to win the Scudetto first.

There's no such thing as a title race with Rubentus, there's them fucking you with servile refereeing and backroom deals. The shitshow with Sozza was just a preview of what we can expect this season. Personally I've already resigned myself to the inevitable conclusion and I suggest you all do the same to spare yourself the heartbreak.

You're referring to a brief spell that included Sensi and Sanchez on the lineup
Sensi was less inconsistent at that time but he was still the usual fragile Sensi we know but like I said, at a lesser degree. Alexis wasn't even a solid starter. He's always had these sparks of brilliance but sadly never consistent enough.

I don't think that bringing up minor details is something to clarify about a gameplay that had plan, entertainment and results.

The point is that our team has consistently played good football throughout the season, not just for a particular period of time.

I also think that we have been quite unlucky during Conte's regime. That was a period of transition into a winners team from a bunch of losers whom never knew what it takes to win a title.

Sassuolo despite of being complete garbage, they still manage to defeat us miraculously. Football is crazy.

Not just us. They handed both us and Juventus the only loss of the season so far.

May kinda watch the Genoa vs Verona match today, it appears both squads need a result.

Holy smokes! Glad I'm not a fan of either side, it would drive me mad. Nice goal though.
