Cagliari pulls off a comeback, with Pavoletti scoring a wonderful goal to earn the three points.

Nice. I turned it off when Oristanio was taken out. He had a good game though.

Cagliari have been part of two of the craziest comebacks this year - they were also losing to Frosinone 3-0 and won 4-3. I think Pavoletti got the winner in that one too.

I’d take him here in a heart beat. One season with Inzaghi and we’d be fielding offers to sell him back to England for 60M

Weren't we saying the same with Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori?

Also, Martial is free next summer if we are into Utd players who once showed talents.

I love the dude, but he is made of glass just like Correa. We need somebody who will not miss out on half a season. Just not worth the wages.

If he has a mostly injury free season like Sensi last season, I might be interested. But otherwise, it's too risky. Sanchez and Arnautović would be okay if they didn't have their own injury woes :)

Who do you like more?
Rashford of course. I don't see any comparisons. One was always very talented, had always potential. While Abhram was getting more and more a flop.

I was talking about the notion that we could just snatch some English talents and flip them a few years later for profit.

Doesn't work that way, their English-ness is already priced in, you won't get a bargain.

Oh well, sorry for the misunderstanding. Yeah you are right. I think we were also lucky how things went well with Lukaku. Paid a lot but then made still good profit. I don't think we would get Rash for only 70M or even years ago Abraham, Roma would be lucky to get some profit out of him now.

I hate Cagliari, but seeing this makes me want Sassuolo to drop to Serie B

Yeah I can't hate Cagliari at the moment with Ranieri there. These wins at-the-dying-seconds are fascinating stuff to watch (the pure joy etc on the pitch and in the crowd). Owner is a cunt but what you gonna do.

Fun fact: Ranieri has never got relegated. Avoided that always by getting sacked before. :D

Don't know about that but Dybala is injured for the next 3 weeks so he's out against Napoli and Juve matches. This cunt, so useless. Had mild hopes Dybala+Lukaku could have actually damaged Juve. Now it's just Lukaku so no chance.

Rube are not dropping points this year. Its better to bank on the long run of games. Away fixtures, Napoli, Inter, Roma, Lazio then few bogey home fixtures like vs Milan, Atalanta. The usuals.

Sassuolo's relegation would've been a pleasure. But it's not happening anytime soon. These cunts tend to get their shit together always when it matters.
