It's like you guys expect more from our team than us There is no realistic expectation to win CL this year with a non existent midfield and anyone who understands football can see that, and if we fix that problem in summer then I'll consider us as one of the favourites next season.
Regarding Ronaldo signing, I'm sure he's already earned us more than all of your "star" players combined in years. So say what you want about his signing to make yourself feel better, but deep down you know how much advantage it gave us in everything you can think of.

Last time we actually bought proper stars like Ronaldo we actually won meaningful titles. The time will come again, no doubt.

Match report, anyone who's seen us play regularly will tell you we have played like shit since November and it's only gotten worse. A lot of factors contributing to this but mainly it's been injuries to our key players that destroyed our rhythm and failure to buy a quality midfielder that we badly needed. We still own serie A with a half baked team but if these issues aren't fixed I'm sure poor Allegri's head will roll at the end of the season in favour of Zidane. Considering our slide this loss was comming, only the champion mentality helped us get over the line in close matches last two months and Atalanta are a great team.
We need our CBs fit or we will get eliminated from CL too. Thanks to Napoli they bottle it and we easily shut down shop in Serie A.
