The FC Dallas game is on FSC at 6 PM PT or 3 AM CET (one hour later than City and Pana).

I'd have to say that I'm hugely disappointed with Inter's marketing/merchandising of their tour in NA this year. I went to the Boston match last year, and there was almost no team merchandise on sale. In Boston, the team only had a few away jerseys on a sale and a couple of tour hats and t-shirts. Milan had much more merchandise available. You'd think that the team would learn from their mistake. But at Baltimore this year, it was even worse. There was zero Inter merchandise. Manchester City didn't have much on sale either, but Inter didn't have anything at all on sale. You'd think that with a rare visit of Inter to the states, it would be a perfect time for Inter (and Nike) to have available stuff for sale to an eager fan base.

I think it's a disgrace that a club like Inter have such amateurs involved. No wonder we don't generate the kind of revenue off merchandising that other elite teams does, because we don't even try.

Well said Luka, not to mentioning that the firse LIVE champions league broadcast on a US nation-wide public network is
Inter vs Bayern, that is part of milestone and I am proud of it.

We're going in the good way I think. USA is probably the biggest opportunity market in the world currently. They are still holding onto their national sports, but US is growing more and more towards football, and once it starts some serious buisness the ones who will get the best start there will get the most perks. I think we're doing a good job actually, and it's no strange that so many teams are going there lately. Good teams.

Anyways, found this nice interview with Drew Carey. Didn't know he was such a big fan of football. Besides this part where he says "teeths fall out all the time" :p he got most stuff right I guess.

Alright, here's my 2 cents.
Yesterday I went to watch them training in Pizzahut Park. Texas is damned hot now, the ground temp is about 105F. I was worried that under such condition the training could be cancelled...

Fortunately it's not. The schedule set at 6PM. I arrived at 5:30PM, and was told at gate that players were already on the pitch. I rushed in, and immediately saw Julio Cesar and Balo juggle the ball to each other. Balo, as usual, avoid any eye contact with any others, seems like he's living in his own delusional world perhaps? But man, I could watch the players training in front of me with the range about 5 meters. That... that is really amazing and unique experience, all faces you usually watch on TV, now it's LIVE. You can watch their small tricks, you can hear them sharing jokes and curse words, it's so REAL.

The whole training lasted for about one and half hour, pretty a light session I would say. Except the warming-down session at the beginning, I noticed most of other trainings are with-ball, as Rafa promised. Il Capitano didnt show up in the training, probably due to the knock he got in Toronto's match. he only appeared in the end to salute fans, with slippers on the feet, lol.

Matrix is funny, he even gave a dive show in the keep-ball session, which amused us all including his teammates, and then he stood up and made faces to us, oh man, that's priceless. And I couldn't help but shouted in the stand: Tutti Pazzi per Materazzi!

Well, there were some regrets though, such I barely got any signatures from players because the crowd was crazy to make any space, I wondered since when we have so many nerazzurri in Texas... Lucio, Samuel once walked into our stand but I still missed it, duh! In the end I collected these signatures: Capitano, Cuchu, Matrix, Maicon, and... Rafa himself.

I prepared players photos in a note book, when Capitano came I pointed his pictures and asked him (in English ), did you remember this moment? It was taken right after the final whistle in Madrid, he smiled; When Cuchu came and signed on my book and about to leave, I asked could I get my pen back, he smiled again.

Rafa is a Gentleman, looks like an easy-going and polite man. He even climbed up the stands to fulfill fan's request.

Another regret is when Inter Channel guys came to me, I was totally lost and barely said anything meaningful, I forgot to show my Italian skills too, shame on me!

Well, anyway that's really a nice experience that I would like to share with you guys, let's enjoy the match tonite.
