Not a good schedule for us. Nice that we got Bari in the first match because we need an easy win to get the ball rolling. Hopefully Cassano can score a few. :D Horrible that we play Milan in the second round. It's gonna be the Milano derby of fuckups. We have a physical squad so it always takes them a good two months to get into gear. Then we have to play Parma who will be eager to get their revenge, and Napoli is never an easy match.

I don't like it. On the other hand if we manage to win 4 of those and draw just one it would be a superb start to the new season, but that's gonna be tough.

I think it's a good draw for us. We must bang milan and the start of the season is good :)

I think Milan has more worries than us. They are playing at home, and HAVE to win, while we don't. The pressure will be definetly on them.

Wow, Milan Derby in the second round. I think we're much better than Milan now and if we play our game we should win easily.

Yeah, but if they do win, which is not impossible, don't let the pre-season derby fool you, then the pressure will be all on us, and we'll have every paper talking about how the Ibraless Inter....you know the rest. It would be much better to start the season with some easier teams, get some wins to build confidence, and take it from there.

The way I see it it can be a "make it or break it" moment early in the season. If we win we will feel confident we can do it without Ibra, and it can start a chainreaction that could make us go on to have a great season. If we lose it could start a chainreaction that makes us slowly lose confidence, and we could go on to have a horrible season.

I still to this day believe the first derby in 06/07 was the defining turning point that layed the foundation for the next three years of dominance. It's too early in the season for a match like that. High risk, high reward I guess. I agree we're stronger than Milan though.

If we can beat milano early on the pressure will increase on leanardo and co. I don't worry about them too much. More worried about the last 6 weeks.

Last year, we played Milan and Juve on at their home first and this year is the same. I think that's an advantage for us.

It was early last year as well, 4th or 6th round if I remember correctly.

When there is ever no pressure on us ? :)

It will be no different, and it will be just 2nd round, and with Jose we don't have to worry about the pressure anymore.

I didn't like it then either, and we lost. Luckily Milan had already lost their first two so even though they beat us we were ahead, so it didn't affect us as much as it potentially could.

Touche, but it's one thing to be under pressure when we're ahead, and another when we're behind.

It will be no different, and it will be just 2nd round, and with Jose we don't have to worry about the pressure anymore.

:lol::lol: The funniest comment ever, considering the source. :p I know what you meant, but the phrasing is just priceless. :D

Derby that early is really better for us than Milan. They have to get their act together FAST and it looks horrible at the moment for them. But still, it's derby and Inter can be nervous also. Napoli is better this year, it's good we have them at home and not at San Paolo (have we managed to win them there in recent years ever?).

As I said before, the first ten weeks are hard for us(we have matches with some of great teams like(Udinese,Genoa,Napoli,Palermo,Milan etc..) Hopefully we'll do great in that matches, because I don't care for more, just to win those games and we can breath without any problem. Milan isn't big problem for us, sure will not be easy but they have much problems and I think we will own them :)

Forza Internazionale :star: !!!
