Lautaro + Sanchez does not work the way we play. We need Lukaku's physical presence and hold up play.

I would start Sanchez and Lukaku for this one and if we are not up by 2 goals by HT, throw in Martinez for a 3 man attack like today.

Only does not work if you try to hoof the ball to one of the strikers. If you play with the ball down, with midfielders who know how to play (Barella, Brozovic, Eriksen, Sensi) it's far better for us to move the ball up front by sitting deeper. Also means that ball stoppers like Young, D'Ambrosio, Gagliardini and Lukaku himself are not participating, otherwise the element of surprise and the fluidity of the ball and player movement goes out the window and we're exposed at the back.
