And for that matter, we're clearly not looking to market our brand with this team which would get relegated from Lega Pro.

Honestly the kids have done pretty well when we're in possession. They're just as dangerous as a wet noodle in the attacking third.

From a possession standpoint some of these youth team players understand passing and moving better than our first team.

Impressed with Baldini. He's not an amazing dribbler but he actually has a mind for the game. He's done really well with knowing when to pass and when to hold the ball for just that extra second and invite the pressure, which in turn has given his teammates and outlet and more time.

His execution has been poor at times, but his ideas are always good.
