That is true. But I get the idea Mancini doesn't aspire confidence in any of the players. Just look at his comments about Icardi's miss against Carpi and saying he himself would've scored, or calling Murillo a dummy, etc. He's shown many times that he's not good at handling players. Just look at the effect Sarri has had on his players, taking average players and having them perform at a high level. I can never see Mancini taking an average players and making him look capable in an actual well-drilled system.

At the same times, it does lie on the players as well, as they are embarrassing.

The only way this happened 3 times is because of no motivation / proper coaching during preseason
