I know there is still the Lazio game to go but we all know that this is the match all our eyes are on. As I once said there have always been games were we have said this is the game of the season. But there is no doubt that we can say that this is the real game of the season for us now especially after our cruel derby loss to f*cked up Bbilan. Every return match we will play from now on in the Champions League, that is if we proceed, could be called the game of the season. As this holy cup is our numero uno obbietivo for this season.

Anyway I really cant wait for this game, as I also will be able to see it live. God bless tv. I hope it will be a sell-out crowd that will support our players till the end cause we will need it. Inter.it says 55.000 tickets have been sold so far besided the 9000 tickets for Porto's fans, so that means at least 64.000 people will be in the stadium but lets hope for more.

There is no way we will play for the 0-0 so its fair to say Its a must win game. There counters will be dangerous but with our talent we should be able to handle them. We really will have to keep an eye on Diego,Quaresma and Mccarthy as they will be the key players for porto.

The road to glory should start on tuesday next week

Sorry for telling this, but Seitarides will raid our left flank unless Javier goes there...

I am going crazy in wait, I can't concentrate on anything! :cry2:

I will expect 70000 people to be at the stadium, but we will see.

Fabio :)

Inter.it says that over 50.000 were sold without counting Porto's 7.000 reserved so we may have around 70.000 of crowd Fabio

In fact they said...

INTER V PORTO: OVER 55,000 TICKETS SOLD
Wednesday, 09 March 2005 13:01:42

MILAN - Besides the regulation nine thousand seats reserved for away fans, over fifty-five thousand tickets have already been sold for next Tuesday's Uefa Champions League Round of 16 second leg match at home to Porto. Gate receipts exceed one million euros, with the first and second tiers almost sold out. All remaining tickets are on sale at Banca Popolare di Milano branches until next Monday.

---

So that is around 64,000 tickets already sold and I think from now to Tuesday - another 6000 tickets can easily be sold.

Fabio :)

Is it gonna be broadcasted "worldwide", coz it's a CL match?

I hope the game will be shown live in Singapore. :(

Anyway, there is no way we can lose this match. It's too important for us to lose. Our only hope this season is the Champions League, and, hopefully, the Coppa Italia. We need to win the Champions League. If not, then at least get into the Quarter-Finals. Porto is not a very strong side, IMO, and we can definitely defeat them.

True... True... :( :depress:

But, nonetheless, we should be confident that things might change. No matter what happens, we must believe in Inter!

I agree Scutzon, this change if it happens will create a different mentality...the one we lack.I really hope Mancini is the one to do that.

We played better than them in Porto...but we still drew,i just hope we capitalize on every chance and end this one in the first half, but dont play like it ended in the first half..

Oh come one, our players will not choke at such occasion!

It's still the early stages. They'll choke at the crucial later ties.:rollani:

Buy a television with PIP so that you can have the earlier picture and the sound of the good one! There will be a little delay with the sound as I can understand from your situation, but I DON'T CARE :D

The eyes of Italy will be on us. The other two teams that were at a high risk of being knocked out went through. Now, it's our turn, we had the easiet tie but we managed to turn it into a difficult one. We have to make italy proud - and upset spain and england - and go through, this is what everyone is talking about.

Responding under pressure isn't a virtue of ours. Now I am starting to be real concerend. Besides, there won't be Cordoba, which should tell Mancini to play offensively, because Porto will score for sure.
