I don't know what some of you expected.
Adriano was a monster. Pity how he ruined his career.
We defeated them the last time we played in 2004/2005. The difference is we don't have Adriano anymore where we could kick the ball in his general direction and the goal came out of nowhere Now we only have a slender lead and a bunch of wasteful strikers.
He wasn't lautaro if he wasn't missing easy chances almost every game, miss easy chances is became his signature mark..it could have been 2: 0 if Lautaro would not miss that easy chance.
He was late on Lukaku's crossExcept of that header in the first half, which other "easy" chance did Lautaro miss?
He was late on Lukaku's cross
This. Lukaku's pass was good. The reply showed there wasn't space for any kind of other pass. Maybe some inside curling pass could have reached Toro but that would be so hard to pull off to hit perfectly, there were many defenders in between. Lautaro simply couldn't reach it, it wasn't because he fucked up some easy touch or anything.Lukaku's low-cross was difficult to be reached unless you are a Haaland or "out of this world" pacy striker. I don't mean to complain over Lukaku's pass, but seriously Lautaro did his best to reach it, and he couldn't in the end.
We didn't even create any real chance last night. You guys gotta chill and be realistic when judging players' performance. Not everything has to come out of emotion right away.
We are all frustrated, but this wasn't one of these matches while we missed golden opportunities like other times we do in the league.
Like they DESTROYED us when we faced them?I will take that win considering how the game was going, could be also a 0-0 or even a loss, we made too many stupid mistakes in my oppinion. If we concede like that against Real they will destroy us like with Liverpool.
