Well, Dacourt wasn't 100% fit, I don't know if he's now. I see this a big match to our midfield as there're Kaká and Pirlo to stop. Figo can't cover Pirlo too well anyway so it's a big threat. Kaká is in huge form right now and Dacourt, Zanetti and Stankovic will have to play a great game to stop him. We can't do that amateur mistake to give Kaká free space between our midfield and defence what Celtic did, and I believe Mancini do the right thing. At least Dacourt, maybe Zanetti too, will be in the front of the defence with not so much offensive duties. Stankovic would be good to cover Pirlo, but Figo is starting so we have to live with that. I hope Maxwell will start too so that we have other flank offensive, Grosso has been quite a disaster compared what was expected from him. He's offensive too, but really hazardous with his passes and give-aways.

In the first leg, Dacourt man-marked Kaka very well and the latter has not created many chances in our half. But this time it's entirely different, Dacourt will be the sole DM in the midfield as Vieira is absent. Don't forget that we will be forced to put Stankovic in the midfield too should Burdisso is not ready for the game and is replaced by Zanetti. Consequently, it is a MUST to let Kaka do some magic touches in the midfield because we can't spare Dacourt to check him this time. :undecide:

I just wonder one thing. What if Nico is okay for the game and swap his position with Capitano? I mean, Nico as the DM and man-mark Kaka. Then Capitano may fill the right-back position. (But our midfield will then lack creativity further:moan: )
