Our next game is at the San Siro against Lazio

This is a big game since Lazio are 2 points behind us in the race for 4th place. Winning here would be worth double the points. After a great game vs. Bologna hopefully Adriano and Martins get to start with Dejan behind them to reenact our great victory and stay in 4th place.

Even better for us is that Lazio have a midweek game vs. Roma and hopefully Roma can atleast tie them or better yet beat them to help our position in the league :star:

Our winning streak ended against Lazio last year and we went downhill after that. Will it be the same case??? Looking at the stats, I can honestly say that I'm not too optimistic about this game. As far as I can remember, we have failed to beat Lazio in the last 5 Serie A matches (Can be longer), losing twice in the process. Last season, at the same fixture, we drew 1-1 and Crespo was our scorer. What's more, the morale of our camp has to be questioned after a reported bust-up between Vieri and Zac. Let's hope it all goes well...

Lazio will prove to be the worst opponent that we will face and the way we handle that match will say alot about that team and the coach...IF they beat us i will be first to ask for Zac's resignation.A point will be sufficient but i am really hoping for a win.I know i will get one of my feelings after their game with Roma.

Yes Stankovic to me was the REAL difference yesterday,he will be our key man when challenging for the Scudetto next season along with Martins and Adriano!

I hope this situation has been blown out of proportion, especially as Vieri was in the stadium and not sulking at home like some reports stated. However, I did read that Zac had said he didn’t give Vieri permission to train alone and he thinks that players should do what they r told. Assuming this is true then I fear that if Zac stays then Vieri will not and as I don’t want Zac to be here next season anyway, I def hope we get a new manager. Vieri was in the wrong by refusing the bench but I still want him as an Inter player next season.

For the Lazio game I am not sure what Zac should do, you can’t ignore how well Adriano plays with Recoba and Martins but Vieri and Adriano are bound to get an understanding eventually and need more games together to get to that point, whether they would click against Lazio, I am not sure. I dunno, I guess the probs with having so many good strikers is choosing who to play and keeping them all happy!

It's hard to choose between Martins and Recoba. But I'd prefer Recoba if he is in fit..

Yes it will be tough but I think that the real fight will be between Adriano and Recoba I mean Martins has to start on Sunday but I would go for the Adriano-Martins option personally with Chino on the bench and where did Helveg play yesterday because he wasnt too bad was he?

I think its time to crack the whip...The culture of Inter has to change and we have to be strickter and show that the club comes before anyone else.Vieri has a really good deal with us i would think he wouldnt wanna lose that cause nobody will let him off easily like we do

Vieri and Adriano are bound to get an understanding eventually and need more games together to get to that point, whether they would click against Lazio, I am not sure. !

We don't have time for that. We have to win and playing Vieri with Adriano took us nowhere and Adriano was struggling big times at that time. I want to see Adriano -- Recoba with Stan behind them and if chino can't go then oba will take his place. Vieri should be punished by not playing this game.

One thing about Lazio is that their strikers are having a bad time. Their main threat as of late are their midfielders, specially Fiore and Cesar. It won't be a bad idea to play CZ -- Farinos at the heart of the pitch since both are good in winning balls and Farions is good at giving long passes.
