Not that I like the design, but the symbol of the city is the red cross, not just a cross. Just like the the crescent in China's flag had to be yellow. It's not just about the shape.

Red cross, I know that.What I mean is , I hate to see that red becomes the highlight of this jersey.Why don't we make some adjustment, either by making it smaller just as we put a small red cross on the neck this year, or by changing its color a little bit ,making it a litlle bit more "internationalized" as I mentioned above?

Yeah but, we're not in America unlike you. Still I would probably demand the jersey with cheaper price. If they can't put the right price in their webstore it's their problem, not yours. If you knew that the price was wrong, then you should not get it with that price, but if you honestly thought that they sell those so cheap then they should give it to you with 25 euros. That is the legislation here in Finland. Not sure about Italy, though.

No, putting an item on sale for a price is nothing but a mere invitation to treat, not an offer...It is then up to customers to make you an offer (whether it be at that price or whatever) you do not have to accept. See Partridge V Crittenden.
