I too am afraid Darmian will start against Benfica. Darmian should be on the bench to cover for Dumfries and Pavard, depending on the situation.

Seeing who was benched against Salernitana, it just feels like my boy Darmian might start again (I'd rather he started the next Serie A game, since after that we go on a break again)

At least I don't. :D I don't think it makes any difference.

Oh boy, can not wait until the dissection of the Bologna match and what the foreboding forecast for Inter's immediate future is.

Really good episode, covered the Bologna bungle well. I think the major reason why many fans ready to carry torches and brandish pitchforks is the dropping of 5 pts while at home. The Scudetto race will be tight, I agree that the criminal organization is lying in the weeds.

I saw Materazzi on another Serie A podcast. There’s nothing lost in being more ambitious and trying to get A-grade celebrities like Materazzi or Fitzy.

A more light-hearted episode this week. We talk about Marotta's Icardi - Lukaku debate, the betting scandal, and preview next weekend's game against Torino. @Universe promises you this is our best episode yet.

Sorry for the audio quality, it's pretty FUBAR. I think I need to get a new mic.

Listening to that Icardi discussion wishing I was on as a guest again. I couldn’t disagree more with some of the thoughts about his ability as a player. Lukaku is a superior player at almost everything besides pure finishing.

I do agree with this entirely. The biggest problem with Lukaku is his mentality.

Interesting episode but no to Lukaku, no to Icardi and a big no to Immobile. Onana return? Maybe just that ManU appears not to know what they have, nor does their defense know what they're doing. No faith or bright forecast for the Torino match, I'm afraid , the lads need to show me something on the pitch before the next International break. As for a replacement striker or two in the winter window, Inter needs to loan out these second string stiffs if their performance doesn't vastly improve.

I get what they mean though. Icardi really showed off that he can basically do everything, but he would spend 95% of the time not doing anything.

His passing was crisp and he’s arguably the best crosser of the ball we’ve had in the past decade. He just rarely found himself in situations to show it off.
