Everyone knows that Palacio has always been good at drawing fouls, working hard, running a lot and stretching defenses, and this particular skill was, situationally, very useful against Chievo yesterday. However, this doesn't change the fact that this is practically all that he offers nowadays and that as an attacking outlet, he hasn't been reliable for what seems like years. Considering we create so little, I can't justify spending an entire starting position on a player who offers mainly 'extra bonuses' rather than what he should be primarily doing.

OK, I have to agree with you on the definition of greatness. However, they are a test for us and I think we should not be playing our best players four days before. It is a risk I agree, but Hellas isn't a team we shouldn't beat with Lijaic and Brozovic.
