I dont understand how people ever doubted suazo....he was just having some problems scoring but he was always playing great....he is going to be a very powerful asses with his speed and strenght to this inter.

I still believe we should have kept Martins as they bought have the similar type of game, but I'm still happy with Suazo too

Great game tonight. We were all over Genoa from start to finish and never at any stage during the game did we stop pressing them – credit to all our players tonight.
Talk about totally diminishing their confidence through out the game. A quick goal in the first half, then they came out all hopeful in the second half, and there was the second goal. Then they get a bit of a lifeline for then a minute later concede yet another one.
However credit to Genoa for playing such offensive football despite being 1, 2 or 3 goals down.

I’m glad that Suazo finally managed to score, and the team celebration that followed were just sheer joy to watch. Also fantastic determination from him to win the penalty.

Btw. I don’t think we will ever see Crespo missing such sitter again. It was funny how that guy on the bench next to him when he got substituted took the piss out of him!

Next is yet another newly promoted team as we face the Serie B champions in their backyard.
